From idea to live AI product in one week - a Vibe Coding experiment

A real, working MVP built end-to-end using AI-first workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Vercel). This workflow allows me to validate ideas, test flows, and explore product logic much faster than traditional static prototypes — while staying focused on user value and decision-making.

Process

My approach combines deep understanding, clear structure, and close collaboration - guiding every project from problem discovery to product evolution.

1. Understand

Dive deep into the problem space — analyze context, user pain, and the “why” behind it.
Now enhanced with AI-assisted research and synthesis to uncover patterns faster.

2. Define

Set clear goals and success metrics aligned with product and business priorities.
Use AI to stress-test assumptions and explore alternative solution paths early.

3. Structure

Map journeys, shape logic, and design scalable systems.
Translate design into build-ready logic using Dev Mode, MCP, and structured prompts.

4. Prototype & Validate

Build interactive prototypes — or real MVPs — using Vibe Coding workflows.
Test hypotheses not just visually, but with functional working versions.

5. Design & Collaborate

Collaborate with developers — or build independently when needed.
Use Claude Code + Cursor to iterate directly in production-ready code.

6. Iterate & Evolve

Refine through analytics, feedback, and AI-assisted testing.
Continuously improve both product and system architecture.
